PCB design: We developed the PCB (printed circuit board) design with a focus on efficiency and reliability.
Prototype assembly: We manufactured and assembled the first prototype unit.
Testing and verification: We perform performance tests using our test firmware to ensure product quality.
Delivery of the operating unit: We deliver the first operational unit to you for testing and final validation of the design.

Rapid prototyping and small series
If you need more than the first operational unit and require a small series of units, we offer you a complete service of manufacturing and assembly of small series. We will deliver the units fully assembled, tested and ready for use.

The process of manufacturing small-scale electronic circuits includes the following stages:
Preparation of bill of materials (BOM): We define the materials according to current availability.
Component selection: We determine the components to be purchased and those to be acquired by the customer.
Verification of the assembled circuits:
Visual inspection.
Firmware loading and verification.
Functional testing and measurement of signals at key points of the circuit.
Each unit undergoes a rigorous testing process to ensure that it meets quality and performance standards.
Tests and Certifications
Test

All the devices we deliver go through a rigorous verification process to ensure that they are free of assembly errors and that their performance fully conforms to the design specifications.
At Quadra-Labs we develop a specific test firmware for each project, with the objective of verifying that all sections of the circuit are working properly. This ensures that when the customer receives the equipment and starts developing their own firmware, they can work with the confidence that the hardware - including the microcontroller's internal peripherals - has already been tested and validated.
Certifications

The marketing of an electronic product in certain countries requires passing various laboratory tests, such as electromagnetic compatibility tests, electrical safety or other regulatory requirements, depending on the type of device.
At Quadra-Labs we collaborate with specialized laboratories so that you can obtain the necessary certifications according to the commercial destination of your product. We take care of managing this process with you so that you receive your equipment ready to be marketed with the guarantees required by the applicable regulations.
Firmware development
We offer firmware development services tailored to your needs, either to deliver the device fully functional (turnkey) or to collaborate in specific parts of the development.

We work with trusted partners with extensive experience in embedded systems programming, which allows us to offer you complete and professional solutions. We can take care, for example, of the development of low-level layers such as drivers or critical routines that require specific tools such as oscilloscopes or logic analyzers for validation and debugging.
